Quite a few students come to a pole fitness session just to escape general life for 60 minutes of there week. Other students come to progress to an advance level, to better themselves & maybe even compete eventually.

Some students have poles at there homes to practice on during the week outside of there pole fitness sessions.

No matter what everyone progresses each week even if some students find the progression harder than others & are very hard on themselves.

One thing to take from this “progression blog” I have written today is “You are progressing, no matter how slowly or quickly”. It’s not a race & everyone should not compare themselves to others…..you don’t know if the girl 3 poles down in your pole fitness session comes once a week or 4/5 times a week.

Don’t ever compare, compete or be self critical. Pole fitness is all about the journey & where it takes you each week!
